Cody Powell (owner/operator) initially was very polite, friendly, and professional, and did a good job of cuttin, edging, and power blowing our yard, for a number of months. However at the end of Sept 2020, I paid him for October (as payment was due on the 1st of each month), and never saw him again. I called his cell phone, and only got voice mail, left messages and never received a response; sent texts to his phone (which is how we communicated initially) and received no responses even after several messages to him. He just quit coming to do our lawn and never responded or reached out to me about what was going on, just disappeared. I would not recommend "Heavy Hitter Lawn Service" or Cody Powell to anyone for any type of work to be done, as he has proven to be unreliable and unprofessional. I hope he's well, but he's received payment for unperformed work.

He will take your money and not answer calls. He was nice at first then he did not show up for 3 weeks. Same thing with my neighbor. It is sad that a veteran is acting so unprofessional.
