This is an edit to my original review-6 stars to 1. If I could give zero stars I would. This company is attentive when they want your money. If you have issues with their work, they won?t reply. Andres loves to say ?100%, this will solve your problem?. Should have known not to trust him. My catch basin filled with sand from a neighbors yard last year after Debbie. Andres and is team (his team is wonderful I should do) came out and clean my drain out. Several hundred of pounds of sand removed. The ?plan? that Andres implemented was supposed to 100% solve this problem, but what it actually did was make the problem so much worse! You have been warned. Do NOT use this company. You are better off not doing any work to your drainage or irrigation than to hire this awful company.

Outstanding job! The job was done quickly and very responsible.

The 2 spigots they installed were leaking. Husband had to retighten to stop the leaks. Cheapest water pipe was used. Didn't bring the irrigation hose to the front of the garden. the week after they installed the system we had heavy rains. The pictures show the black hose that was not buried properly. Would not recommend them.

Great job completely updated system with new valves sprinkler heads control box and rain gauge. Easy time wok with. Excellent communication.

Irrigation reroute and lawn resod, they were fast, prompt, courteous and professional. They are quick to respond to issues

Lawn and sprinkler installed July 2024. 3 Weeks after weeds, 2 different kinds of grass and dead areas. Confirmed by salesman and their lawn service. Photos taken and text messages saved. Salesman said they will fix. Waited, waited, then storms hit. Said will fix in Nov. 24 but never came. Salesman said waiting on insurance. Jan. said will give outdoor lights to make up for the bad grass then never came or called. cannot get in touch with anyone. We contacted Lawyer and will be following up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Rated F with the BBB

I would use them again

Very professional and always had time to answer all of my questions and addressed my concerns.

Andres assessed the problems with my irrigation system and gave me two options for repairs and upgrades. When Cody and his helper arrived, Cody went over all the planed work. He and his helper got right to work. When the job was completed, Cody demonstrated the system and explained how the new controller operated. Very hard workers and great customer service.

Water Touch Company was very reliable. Cody and his crew were very attentive and hard working. They addressed all work with no hesitations. Uprooted old plants, cleaned up the front. sides and back yard removing weeds and sprayed areas with weed killer. The property has been professionally landscaped. We could not be more pleased with the results. Highly recommend Water Touch Company.

Great work and done on time!

I did business with Andres and team. They did terrific top notch work. I provided countless recommendations of which he was more than happy to build his business on. A year has passed, his wife no longer answers the business phone and existing customers are out of luck since he got a big business deal from St Petersburg. Instead of growing a business he doesn't. My next door neighbor is a customer and we both require some added services, nope! Ignored SMS messages and finally a response of I will get to you in a month. A month has passed and this company is a no show. Find another one that can be there for you for the long term. I got a great service but he has failed to grow his limited size biz. Now we are in need of someone to help us with added services. The fault lies with the company owner and not his team. What a bitter pill to swallow. Andr@@@ you have betrayed your customers trust.

We have done some irrigation work at our house through Water touch, and I called several times Water touch office (Stesi) supposed to send us invoice and they never did. Never return my call or email. Please dont hire them.

Their efficiency and manner in how they worked thru out the job was just fantastic - very professional and very pleasant.

Andres is an outstanding owner and his team is very professional and courteous.

They showed up when they were supposed to, worked quickly and efficiently, and did the work correctly within the price range quoted. This all might sound basic, but not if you live in St. Petersburg where quality and reliability are scarce.

I’m very pleased with the experience of hiring Water touch through Angi. They were very professional and understood what I needed. It was great to see that they cleaned up the areas where they had to dig. I would definitely recommend them !

I rarely write reviews unless the service I receive is exceptional or terrible. I recently had the pleasure of working with Andres and his team at Water Touch Landscaping, and I must say, the entire process was impressive. From the initial meeting with Andres to the detailed estimate provided and all the way through the completion of re-soding and rehabbing my sprinkler system on my 1/3 acre lot, everything went smoothly. Communication was excellent, and they followed up diligently. What impressed me the most was that Andres and Cody even visited me three months after the job was done to ensure everything was still in great shape. The project involved replacing 30-year-old sod and repairing/replacing six zones of sprinklers, including leaking zone valves. After the sod was installed, Water Touch Landscaping promised to evaluate the sod and sprinkler system periodically, and they delivered on that promise. Cody, who supervised and co-performed all the work, was incredibly conscientious and professional. Overall, I am thoroughly convinced that Water Touch Landscaping is a hardworking service that excels in completing landscaping changes and providing ongoing maintenance. I have added them to my vendor list for referrals in my real estate practice, and so far, I have received no negative feedback from any clients I have referred to them.
