The employee on the ground knew just what to do to help the climber lower the limbs. There was a third employee who helped by carrying the limbs out to the trailer after the limbs were cut in smaller sections. They went above and beyond! When the crew left my yard it looked as if no one had been working back there, but the two trees that were trimmed looked fantastic! Quick, safe, efficient and neat.
