Most recently (03/2020), Nick came out and installed new breakers and ran new wire to an electric tankless water heater we were installing while a plumbing company was re-piping our house. After assessing and determining the gas and electrical hookups were effective, Brian realized the supplier's natural gas regulator was defective. The supplier sent us a new regulator which Brian came back to Vero to install. Brian also noted that the gas line provided was too small for the unit and contacted the supplier who provided us the proper hose. I can't say enough good things about Brian.
