"First off the service tech was professional and courteous. Couldn't ask for better. Politeness is a lost skill. Tech found several items needing cleaning (tune up) $89 and one failing solenoid $148. I purchased their maintenance agreement $150 as the tech walked me thru all the items my previous HVAC company, maintenance plus, never touched. My air handler had mildew growing in it!! My father is on Oxygen, it's just mind boggling that others take advantage of you. TL;DR I recommend you hire this company and purchase their maintenance agreement."

"Janet came out and gave me a guide for a 5 ton system, Trane, I checked with two other companies and they were not even close. Cody and his asst. Brandon came out and installed the unit today. When they opened the box, the compressor had dents in it. Janet sad they would not use that compressor and drove to Gainesville to pick up another one. So far this company and its employees are nice people. I would definitely hire them again."
