Kamil, the owner's son, came out the following day, Friday, and by that evening I had a written estimate. I texted Kamil acceptance of the estimate and was scheduled for the installation the following Friday. Taylor and Chris showed up promptly at 8:30am on Friday and by 3:30pm the job was completed. Both the outside and inside units were professionally installed with great care and attention to detail. Both Taylor and Chris went out of their way to ensure my complete satisfaction, answered all my questions and did a thorough clean up before leaving the site. They came out removed the old air handler so we could repair the closet. When we had the closet repaired, they were back out to fix the duct work and remove and replace the heat pump system.
