The representative that came was punctual, knowledgeable and very professional. He answered all my questions. The only thing that I was a little surprised about was that I thought that the price included 3 samples but it was only for 2 and one of them had to be from outside. It was $75 for any additional samples. The customer service was great. I called for my results but the man I needed to talk to was in the field. The woman in the office contacted him then called me back with the information I needed. I also found out that they have a different method of remediation that is not as expensive as the demolition of your property. I was extremely pleased with the service and highly recommend them!"

The storm Als o shifted the condenser off its foundation. Both A/C and Heater need to be replaced. They indicated a report would be sent to the insurance company.
