The job site was an active residence with pets, but the job site was left a mess with nails, metal shards, insulation, and other construction debris every day. Workers left food scraps and containers in the yard. Underlayer board precision was fair. Did not replace the rotten siding under the main electrical panel; this was a decision of the primary contractor and not of Guy Brothers. Minimal cleanup after the project was finished."

They discussed the project and materials before I hired them, completed the work as promised and painted an adjacent wall to match and modified the original agreement slightly to improve the project. They cleaned the work area before they left. They had to return a second day to apply a second paint coat but would not accept any payment until all work was done."

Earlier he painted our new front porch pillars installed by David Gilbert's company and the color was a perfect match. Ryan is a hard worker and has a very pleasant personality and I will definitely call them for any further paint jobs."
