Joe's team showed up on time (a few minutes early) every day for a week. They worked extremely hard at least 8 hours every day, were meticulous with their work and went above and beyond. We found a lot of issues under our vinyl, windows with no backer board, missing tyvek in a lot of places, no caulk around windows, we had mold, rotten and very wet boards (headers, plywood etc.), mold going to the drywall in spots and all sorts of issues. The guys replaced and repaired every issue and only went a day and a half over schedule considering all of the additional repairs they discovered and had to account for.
