"I was having health problems and Water Floods Restoration was able to find the source! I had a leaking pipe behind my built in wall system and therefore I could not see the damage behind it. I suspected I had a mold issue in the house because of the smell and i started experiencing what I thought were allergies. When they came they were able to find the location of the mold, fix the leak, remediate all hazards, put drywall back, and painted everything to look like new. They cleaned up like if they were never there. Water Floods and Restoration were efficient and the customer service was great! The owner even came at the end to verify the work was done properly. I highly recommend this company."

"When reaching out on Home Advisor, Water Floods Restoration was the first company to respond, and very quickly, I might add! Amongst the many issues at my momâ s house, tackling the black mold problem, due to a leaky roof, was at the top of the list. David and his team did everything and then some to remedy the mold and improve her living area. David was great to work with. He held true to everything we discussed and was open to additional requests. His talented team did excellent work and they treated my 95-year old mom with kindness and care. I highly recommend this company. We are very pleased with the results."

"Rick Anastasi is a professional that explained the process. Glad I called. Sears had come out to clean the vents and without doing proper testing said I had mold and the cost was equal to a new air conditioner. We need honest people like Mr. Anastasi,"

"The cost was too high but I felt better after the test was done and look forward to the results."

Their prompt response and attention to detail gave me peace of mind during a stressful situation. I highly recommend them to anyone needing water mitigation or mold related services. Thank you for the excellent service!"

"Rick & his team were amazing!!! They came on time, were prepared with equipment and did a fantastic job. They explained everything before they did it, explained the process and the tests. They were the only company I interviewed who guaranteed the work for mold removal. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs water mitigation or mold services. I'm very impressed and happy I decided to use them on my home. They did an excellent job, I can't say enough good things. It was a great experience."

"Tatiana helped me a lot, because I needed a specific type of test that many disagreed to do, but Tatiana followed through. She was very professional and provided astounding results! I honestly wouldn't have picked anyone different. If you ever need someone to perform these types of tests, then please contact Tatiana. Her work is incredible!"

"Working with Juan and his team at Medina Environmental was hands down the easiest and most painless process for getting work done on a house I've ever had. Juan was incredibly responsive to all of my questions related to the work they were doing, timelines, and even some questions about other work I needed done on the house that technically were out of the scope of our agreement. He was patient with all of my questions, and very helpful. It's clear that Juan really understands his craft, as he is able to succinctly explain all aspects of all the work to be done in a way that is understandable by people who are not in the industry. This is a clear indication that he and his team are professional and knowledgeable. I was educated fully on the process of removal and informed that there would be a 10-day waiting period after the removal had been filed. This gave me peace of mind to have a clear understanding of the start and end dates. The work was done quickly, by the time promised, and all the deliverables outlined in the summary of work were completed to my satisfaction. Once the job was completed, Juan ensured I quickly received the manifest to prove that the asbestos was disposed of properly and in accordance with regulation. I would recommend his team, and I will definitely utilize them on any project going forward that has services in the scope of their skill sets."
