I suspected I had a mold issue in the house because of the smell and i started experiencing what I thought were allergies. When they came they were able to find the location of the mold, fix the leak, remediate all hazards, put drywall back, and painted everything to look like new. "There is a lot of uncertainty of what gets cleaned and how and if everything in the condo gets cleaned or just the items showing mold. You are told because the AC was running that mold fibers are everywhere but yet not everything in the unit gets cleaned. Like I said that creates some uncertainty. Overall, you have to take the word of the company and after it is finished make sure you wash all your soft goods, bedding towels, etc. Also, wash all of your kitchen items and clothes. The work has been done now for a couple of weeks and we are not sensing any effects of mold."

When he didnâ t know he was very straight foreword and did not give any guessing answers if they were outside his realm. We received our results very fast which leads me to the owner. The owner seriously called and explained every detail on the mold report! He even came on site to work when we chose to use them further for the remediation! We were so excited when the day they came for them to remove the mold so we could breath! They had already given us a quote so we knew what to expect prior to them coming and they stood by it! They were much cheaper than any other competitor and even have a warranty! They tore up our floors, dried them out and fogged my ENTIRE home! The whole house and in my hvac vents! They even came back and tested the air again to make sure all of the mold was gone. Yall when I tell you they were so clear, precise, honest and kind I mean that. I pray to god that I never have to go through this again. But if I EVER had to, I would not ever miss the chance to utilize A+ restorations again. Do yourself a favor, if you ever find yourself in our predicament. Dont waist your time with anyone else. It takes to much time, many blowoffs and lost money.
