He called about 8 p.m. on a Thursday night and asked about the project and stated that he would send an estimate when he arrived home as he was driving while speaking with me. Within 2 hours an estimate arrived via email. The estimate was thorough and explanatory. I had a few contractors coming out on Friday to give me estimates. I called him Saturday mid morning and spoke with him about the job. I accepted the bid via the Saturday call.
