I should have known right from the start when Kasey (McDonald Construction) showed up with battery powered equipment for my sod install giving me an estimate. Not only did they lay the sod directly over the old grass, but Kasey said it would live. Looking back the sod they laid had good roots and green, but had little to no dirt. So with all the watering we did (daily) did nothing to get the sod to take root, especially the sod that was laid on top of existing grass. So much for the battery powered EGO small tiller.

Fantastic experience working with Mcdonald Construction. I had four pallets of Saint Augustine saw that needed to be laid in my front yard. Their price point was the best out of four total solicitations. Kasey was always quick to respond when I had any questions. We set up a plan with the date and time and they stuck to it. Kasey had adroit recommendations for issues that he saw. The crew did a fantastic job and we’re very flexible with modifications in the scope of work. Great company, great team, great work, and highly recommend them.

Kasey did a great job making sure we were completely satisfied with the installation of our sod. He and his crew were very accommodating working with the delivery time to get the job done on our schedule. Everything looks great and, his crew were so hard working and respectful to my wife and I. His pricing was very fair as well. I would totally hire again.

We hired McDonald Construction to install sod at our new home. The price was fair, and the crew did a wonderful job! They were all very hard workers, and all were friendly and polite. Our front and back yards look amazing! Then, this morning they came back and removed all the moving boxes from our garage!! Who does that?!! Kasey and his crew, that’s who!! I would highly recommend McDonald Construction for anything you might need done. In fact, we’re going to hire them to put gutters on our house.

Kacey and his team installed sod and pine needle in our yard. His quote was fair and accurate. He had a complete team with the proper equipment. I'm extremely happy with the job. The work done was professional and his Kacey and team were extremely kind. I would absolutely recommend them for your construction needs.
