Update: After contacting HomeAdvisor I received a call from Patrick Buell's office shortly thereafter (same day). Patrick was able to come by and assess the problem and returned within the week to make repairs under the warranty. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before.
