He was professional and articulate and scheduled a appointment within 48 hours; not for lack of work but because he was willing to come after hours on a weekend to complete the job as soon as possible if I was agreeable,

Before removing the existing fan Sam, after a quick inspection, ask if I would prefer the existing fan to be repaired if possible or just replaced with the new fan I already had on hand?
