I have moved with “professional” moving services before, but this was definitely the first time I felt like it was a professional experience. The driver and crew were best in class, I will not hesitate to use this company again should it be needed."

"The three movers themselves were very good. The quote required a minimum of 3 hours but they did not share that driving between the two homes counted so I didn’t factor that in. The movers took over half an hour longer to arrive than it should have. I had to pay up front for the estimated extra time for the unload. The movers took less than what I paid for. They told me that the office would call me to let me know about a refund. No one called. I waited 2-3 hours and then called. The person informed me that the refund would not have been issued automatically when I asked. They couldn’t refund the credit card I used, they wanted to use Zelle or CashApp, seems odd that a business can’t refund to the same method of payment used. The process was very odd and I don’t like that it seems like if I hadn’t called they would have kept the extra money paid even though the service wasn’t used for that amount of time."

"I cannot say enough great things about All Service Moving—and ESPECIALLY Rico and Reyes, who were absolute lifesavers for my last-minute move. After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. They deserve every bit of recognition. 100% recommend."

"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They never mentioned before the move that if they break something (and they did break more than 1 item) they will pay you something like 40 cents a pound for the item. I would never have hired them knowing that. They more than 1/2 loaded their truck with my belongings then rushed me through signing a contract which apparently contained this language unbeknownst to me, they certainly didnt state it verbally. They arrived early afternoon on a saturday and worked late into the night completing the move. The movers were very nice, but clearly tired. I asked them to do the right thing to replace the one item that cant be repaired and they refused. You should hire a mover that has insurance sufficient to cover replacement costs of items they break, esp if they cant be repaired."

"Honestly, my move from Orlando to Miami went way better than I expected. It was a 2 bedroom move, and the crew showed up ready to work from the second they walked in. They wrapped everything carefully, stayed super organized, and didn’t waste any time, which I really appreciated. What I liked most is that they actually listened. When we got to my new place, they helped move my furniture around until it felt right, without acting annoyed or rushed. The whole move cost 2,160 dollars, and honestly, for the amount of effort they put in, it felt completely fair. By the end of the day, I was tired but relieved because everything arrived safe, nothing broken, and the whole experience was just smooth. I’d definitely use them again."

"Overall, it went pretty well. Kris and his staff did an excellent job packing the truck. They also packed the kitchen, wrapping all the items and putting them in boxes. We had our own garment boxes, which made it easier for them. They offered an apology for not fitting everything in the truck, but to be fair, we asked them to take a generator, which they were not prepared for. The entire crew was very professional, and I would highly recommend them. From the time of booking and throughout the process, Johnathan was great with communicating with us and ensuring they would do their best to make it a smooth move for my mother from Port Richie to Longwood, Florida. I would encourage everyone to be prepared to provide each member with a tip because they will have earned every penny."

"1- The truck the workers came in was large enough to move 5 BR house, when I told them I had less than a 1 BR apt. worth of items. I was stunned by the size and the amount of gas I would be charged. 2- The route they took was "round red Robin's barn" and increased the mileage significantly. It left me feeling like the truck size and directions were intentionally skewed to up the cost much higher that the original estimate, which was based on an hourly rate. I can't imagine any GPS system prompting them to travel the way they did. 3- A Sony portable CD player was missing from my things. When I called the workers about it, they never responded. Finally got a hold of the owner who said both guys didn't remember seeing a CD player. After a thorough search, I found several broken pieces that identified what was left of it. I took pictures and sent to the owner as proof that it was on the truck. I was refunded the $100.00 tip that I generously gave to the movers, but no explanation was ever offered as to what actually happened to my CD player. If I hadn't found those broken pieces, I dont believe I would have received anything. This was the second time I'd used Monster Movers. The first time was a local move and went without a hitch. I tipped them well and wrote a glowing review. This second move was such a disappointment. I felt taken advantage of with the overcharges, and can't believe they lied about the CD player. I have one final move to make. It will not be with Monster Movers."
