They use predatory tactics. Gave me an initial quote of $1693 the day of the move what I stated I had on the call and what they had listed for pick up were two VERY different things. Then I tried to condense items to have less and I swear on everything I love I still wound up having to pay and additional almost $700! Let that sink in I had to leave behind several pieces of belongings, condensed 17 boxes into four bins and was told I still had to pay more! They strong armed me by saying the deposit would be forfeited if I refused. The first person I talked to, the quality assurance person I talked to and the final customer service person I talked to clearly were not in communication because they each over promised and under delivered. Do not use this moving company unless you have a substantial budget that you can play with and afford to drop between $600-$1500 additional on the original asking price. There was a literal stand off from 9am til 1pm and I?m 8 months pregnant!

This company did such a great job. I would 100% recommend them and hire them again. After speaking with Ryan we booked our move. Worst company stole my tools brand new saw saw stand and compressor. They will over charge you and than Rob you. I would rather walk bare foot coast to coast and move each item 1 by 1 than ever use this company again. Can't wait till this pos company goes bankrupt. Theifs liars and cheaters.

They moved two large extremely heavy pieces of furniture for me. They wrapped the pieces in plastic to protect the drawers which demonstrates the care they take. They navigated tight turns and a narrow staircase with precision. I was very happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone without any hesitation.

Everyone know that moving is a hard time for some people and lots of stress. But when I hired this moving company and they made the experience way better and lot less stress every went smooth, kind, and caring movers. That toke care of my stuff and had me moved in so smoothly. Good moving company to have I know next time I move I know who I call again.

My husband and I hired Real Time Relocation to move us from our apartment into our new home. We were extremely happy with the service that they provided. They went above and beyond to protect our belongings as well as the floors in our house. There was a delay with arrival which caused it to take longer than originally expected, however we still would recommend them just based on the care and attention to detail. To my suprise, we didn’t have a single item damaged which is something I expected from reading reviews and took into consideration.

I was hesitant to use a moving company because I have heard stories but my friend recommend real time relocation so I called and gave them a try. They were excellent! They really took time to ask me important questions to make sure the quote was correct they thought of things I didn’t even think about like a extra stairs and how I was planning on doing my packing they also recommended to leave it to them to wrap my grandfather clock and t.vs to ensure they travel safe and there are no damages they didn’t rush me through the process which I appreciated! I was just delivered yesterday and everything arrived the same way it left. I don’t typically leave reviews but I felt they deserved recognition for the great job they did! Thank you again!

Five Stars – Real Time Relocation is Amazing! I recently used Real Time Relocation for a move out of Chicago after I lost my job, and I cannot recommend them enough. From the start, they were professional, transparent, and understanding of my situation. Jack, my representative, was especially helpful. He thoroughly explained how the pricing works, breaking down that the total cost is based on the volume of belongings I was moving. While other companies offered cheaper quotes, Jack helped me realize that many of those low quotes were likely underbidding and could lead to surprises on moving day. His detailed inventory process gave me confidence that there wouldn’t be hidden costs—and there weren’t! The move itself went smoothly. The movers were careful and professional, and all my belongings arrived in great condition. Delivery did take a couple of extra days due to a snowstorm along the route, but Jack kept me informed throughout, and I completely understand given the circumstance.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM WHATEVER YOU DO!!! What we experienced with this company was an extreme case of "bait and switch" Very similar to what I have just read from others on this site, they quoted $4500 to get our business. Tim said he "did not want to send an empty truck to CA from CO. He was trying to help a Vet move back to Colorado so was going to give us plenty of space and still meet our cost requirements". The company had a "quality assurance" rep call two days before our move to review our items and inventory. He increased the cost to $7500 also due to "more items and making sure we had plenty of space on their truck". We did not like the increase but were in a place where we did not think we had a choice but to accept the price difference so gave them more $$. The evening of our move the common carrier they had contracted with (unbeknownst to us that they would use someone else) showed up a few hours later than they originally said they would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. FIND ANOTHER MOVER. The sales team is convincing, but dont fall for it. They promised an ?organic match? for my move, then called repeatedly saying they couldnt find a driver delaying my move by a day. They tried to overcharge me $700, despite me moving fewer items than estimated. Movers left trash everywhere. I was promised in writing that my stair fee would be waived, but on moving day, they tried to charge me $450. After being screamed at by Jessica, I was forced to pay $250. She refused to let me speak to the owner. At 12:08 AM, I got a last-minute delivery notice, violating their 24-hour policy. When I questioned it, Samuel yelled, Do you want your items or not The driver arrived alone in -28°F weather and even asked me to help move my own belongings. This company is a scam rude, dishonest, and unethical. Stay far away.

Do not even think twice and call them. Seamless moving experience. I will use them over and over again for all of my moves.

Moved from S FL to N Central FL and it could not have gone better!! We had never used a moving company before, so we contacted many and got quotes and heard all the sales pitches and defamation of their competitors which was NOT professional! Then came Real Time Relocation and what a world of difference - Ryan was very polite had nothing bad to say about any other company - had the best price of all - and very understanding that it was going to be awhile before we actually needed them. He let us know how long the quote was good for and bid us a good day. He did not drive us nuts with phone calls, text messages and e-mails like some of the other companies. Some were so puffed and proud of themselves it was nothing but bragging about who they moved and I am sure it was supposed to impress us and try to justify their cost. I don't personally care if you moved the president I was looking for someone to move MY TRESURES - our items may look simple to others but Real Time understood

This is my second time hiring Real Time Relocation, both times for tough hoist jobs, and both times were fantastic experiences all around. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. The first time I hired this company was a couple of years ago, when a crew of four men hoisted a large Room & Board outdoor sectional sofa up to our third-floor roof deck-- it was a VERY challenging job and they did it phenomenally. This time, a crew of four hoisted a large upholstered king bed up to the third-floor deck to our master bedroom, as the bed wouldn't fit up our narrow rowhouse stairs. They arrived on time, and then carefully blanket wrapped and hoisted all of the parts - and it is HEAVY: two heavy platforms (listed at 200 lb apiece, although presumably less with the drawers removed but still! very heavy!) and a 120 lb headboard. All are upholstered in an off-white chenille fabric. Everything was very carefully wrapped and all pieces remained immaculately clean by the end. Whew. Not only did they hoist the bed but they also assembled it very efficiently. I expected we'd have to hire a separate company to do that- so the fact that they were able to do this made it even easier and less costly for me. Thanks very much to the professional, friendly and highly-capable crew. You all worked super hard, extremely efficiently, and we were so impressed with how well you wrapped and hoisted the bed and assembled it. It's really beautiful, and I'm so happy to have it upstairs in our bedroom. Big thanks to everyone from the Real Time Relocation team for making this such a smooth process from start to finish -- John and his partner were both very responsive on emails and got us scheduled quickly. The price was very fair for the work that you did. I wholeheartedly recommend you all, and we'll definitely be reaching out again the next time we need hoisting and/or moving services!

Fantastic experience using Real Time Relocation. The office team was great, but the packing and moving team were exceptional and made the whole experience a good one! We hired them to first come to us to pack our house. There were 3 men who were happy, and worked well as a team, and made quick work of packing our house. The next day the team loaded everything onto the truck, and did an exceptional job and were a pleasure to be around. The three guys, all professional, respectful, considerate, and happy, were great to be around. The kind of guys you'd invite over for a barbecue. Next, two of the guys hit the road and met us a few states over and unloaded everything into a storage unit. Although missing one of the jovial fellows, the remaining two were great and expertly loaded our goods into storage. This is our second move with Real Time Relocation and we will hire again when we need to move from storage into a house.

I just moved across the country for a new job, and packing my entire existence into boxes gave me the willies. Thank goodness I came across the crew at Real Time Relocation. They gave me everything I needed for packing, including strong boxes and bubble wrap for sensitive stuff. I suddenly became aware of how much I had gathered over the years as I began to pack up my stuff. But with Real Time Relocation assistance, I could effectively organize my belongings and finish packing them all up. How they handled my favorites possession, an antique guitar from my grandfather, particularly impressed me.

For our move to Florida, everyone who we met was devoted to working with our unique situation and devising a way to get us there with no hassles, damages, or problems. Each piece that was handled was handled with utmost care. The truck that they supplied was perfectly suited to the amount and types of our possessions. We were impressed by how efficient they worked to get us loaded and on our way in the time frame we had agreed on. We could not imagine how they were to get our truckload to our new home in Florida at 10 am on the arrival day, yet they arrived at our house 10 minutes early! As well, they predicted that we would be unloaded, with everything in place in our house where we wanted it, within two hours, and, again, they were finished early. The people who unloaded for us were pleasant, courteous, careful and diligent.
