REAL TIME RELOCATION

I hired this company for a long distance move to another state. Not a good experience! The coordinator who wrote up the contract did not include the stair fees as I requested (they knew from the beginning that it was going to a 3rd floor apartment), and with all the other ridiculous fees like a fee to use an elevator (what's up with that? Why would that cost extra?) it ended up costing 3 times the original estimated cost. On the delivery end they didn't do their homework to see where they were taking the load, and it turned out a full size semi would not fit down the street so I was charged another fee for them to change to a smaller truck. Because of the extra $500 it cost me on move-in day the moving guys did not get a tip (everything had to be paid in cash on the delivery end and they wiped out all my cash with the extra charges). And, it's almost impossible to get hold of their customer service people. Don't use this company!!

Working with them made moving a breeze. They were extremely punctual and treated my belongings with care. Their pricing was also was competitive and a good value for high quality work. I would certainly hire them again for my next move!

Great communication and response time upon booking and any follow up. The guys showed up and worked non-stop. We have the most unconventional move going on with a mess in the house due to some medical emergencies. They rolled with the situation and put in solid effort. Would book again, but hope I don't have to for a long time lol. Highly recommend!

They were amazing! They helped move a pretty heavy couch and chair up three flights of stairs. They were very kind and were able to work me in on shorter notice for a very good price.

These guys were awesome!! Had a very large, awkward piece of equipment to move. They handled perfectly. We had some time left out of our scheduled time and they were more than willing to do additional work. Thanks guys!!

With a toddler running around during moving day, I thought it would be total chaos ?. The movers worked fast while being mindful of our space, and they even made my kid laugh. That kind of kindness is rare. Moving felt manageable instead of stressful. Absolute five-star crew!

I couldn?t believe how carefully movers handled my artwork. ? Each canvas was wrapped individually, and they never stacked them carelessly. At the new place, they leaned them gently against the wall. That level of respect for my belongings stood out. Five stars aren?t enough.

The team made moving day surprisingly easy. Every box and piece of furniture was handled with such attention that I didn?t have to worry once. Truly worth recommending.

They packed, loaded, and cleared everything right on schedule. HUGE RELIEF! I actually finished early because of them, which saved me a ton of stress and late fees.

Movers did an amazing job. They keep you in the know when it comes to your specific moving process. They picked up my furniture from the store and delivered it to my home, along with removing some old furniture out of my house. They were lifesavers for me. The price was very reasonable & would definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for punctual & respectable movers.

These guys go above and beyond. We had a small job turn much more complicated when our refrigerator would not fit through the door. They took the door off for us and transported everything safely to the new house. They were incredibly flexible and even came back the next day to help reattach the door. We thought we would be stuck with a massive price increase because of the extra time and work, but these guys were very reasonable. An amazing job by a reliable crew! 100% would use them again for any moving needs.

Excellent response time and availability. Friendly, professional, and prompt, they showed up on time, ready to do the job and completed it in just under 2 hours. Emptied a storage unit with boxes of books, medical records and file cabinets and moved them upstairs into the attic without a hitch. They will definitely be the first one I call or refer for moves.

He and his team were great. They moved so fast I almost couldn?t keep up with them. We were done in much less time than I anticipated. Very thoughtful, attentive, and experienced movers. Plus we genuinely liked these guys! Would absolutely recommend and use them again myself. Worth every penny and more.

Excellent service, very nice young men who were suitably careful with my things and they efficiently got me moved from one storage unit to another. I'd call them again in a heartbeat, excellent communication throughout.

Real Time Relocation helped me were very professional and he explained well about what the subcharges were. I had a lot of trash that needed to be discarded with moving but they offered to take those boxes out for me as well. They were friendly and very attentive to my stuff.

Do not work with these guys, they will do a bait and switch on you then try to man-splain it like you are an idiot. They don't want to abide by their contract as far as my list, underestimated my items then tried to bump up the price $1,100 for the same list i gave them, over 50% more than my quoted price. They are rude, never take responsibility for their error and they farm the moving part out, even though they say they handle everything. I put $900 deposit down, they refuse to refund any of it even though all they did was farm out the work and those people rented a truck. Let that register, I paid them $900 as part of the moving expense and they think they deserve to keep it even though they did nothing to earn it. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!

Never use this company. It is bait and switch tactics and price increases every time you talk to someone. They provided an initial quote which was slightly less than using a POD. A few days before the move I received a call to review the items to be shipped. I shared pictures of all the large items and boxes that were packed to that point and the cost raised based on their new estimate of space needed. This caused a 2nd deposit. I have now paid $1,415.30 in deposits. A couple days later the driver for the movers arrived looked at the boxes in the garage and said not enough space was quoted. He didn?t even go inside yet. After going inside he said my furniture was big and more space is definitely needed. They ised their std argument that I added more. I told the driver to leave. I?m not participating in the scam any longer. DO NOT USE THE PEOPLE unless you have unlimited funds for their price increases everytime time you talk to someone.

They use predatory tactics. Gave me an initial quote of $1693 the day of the move what I stated I had on the call and what they had listed for pick up were two VERY different things. Then I tried to condense items to have less and I swear on everything I love I still wound up having to pay and additional almost $700! Let that sink in I had to leave behind several pieces of belongings, condensed 17 boxes into four bins and was told I still had to pay more! They strong armed me by saying the deposit would be forfeited if I refused. The first person I talked to, the quality assurance person I talked to and the final customer service person I talked to clearly were not in communication because they each over promised and under delivered. Do not use this moving company unless you have a substantial budget that you can play with and afford to drop between $600-$1500 additional on the original asking price. There was a literal stand off from 9am til 1pm and I?m 8 months pregnant!

The move was for my parents. They were very helpful with their needs and circumstances.

This company did such a great job. I would 100% recommend them and hire them again. After speaking with Ryan we booked our move. Jake came to perform the move and the team was absolutely great if you ever are looking for a local Moving Company in the state of Florida definitely recommend real time Relocation.

Worst company stole my tools brand new saw saw stand and compressor. They will over charge you and than Rob you. I would rather walk bare foot coast to coast and move each item 1 by 1 than ever use this company again. Can't wait till this pos company goes bankrupt. Theifs liars and cheaters.
