He knew what my budget was and his proposal was quite fair. His team were great however, there was a bit of a language barrier. The contractor's son was able to help through that. Some of the work had to be re-worked but overall I am happy with the work they did to repair my home. Jay's team were quick to respond to any punch list items after completion. We interviewed several pool builders and several deck /flooring companies. All the pool companies would insist that I should use travertine pavers set on sand. And flooring professionals would tell me mud set installations on concrete would be much better . This left us feeling very unsure. We thought we would have to hire the pool company to strictly remodel the pool and the flooring company to do the flooring in order to get the installation that we wanted in the material that we wanted. Finally i met Jamie and fortunately he had the know how and the crew which could do the mud set deck and the pool remodel at a better overall price. We noticed that everyone that actually hired him had given him fantastic reviews. Now I know they were well deserved. Everything went exactly as promised and changes that we requested were arranged for with little or no incremental cost.
