"The installer Chris was excellent the owner I wasn't pleased with, the owner didn't get back on his promise on somethings, William the owner, he and I had some differences and what he printed out and said I would received as the package I purchased he was really slow in returning my calls once his initial visit was over but like I said Chris the installer was excellent I had no complaints with him
The work that Chris the installer did, his professionalism, his response, if the installer was the owner then it would have been an A.
The owner can get back and respond within the time frame which agreed upon instead of having me to contact, because I had to contact home adviser about my cameras which they installed, it was just the communication from the owner."

"At the time scheduled, two young gentlemen (Sam & Larry(?) I am terrible at remembering names!) arrived at the house, after calling to confirm their arrival on the drive over. They first took the time to understand exactly what the job entailed, asked good questions and listened to my answers to determine my preferences, made excellent suggestions to improve the installation appearance & function, and then proceeded to do an efficient, professional, and excellent job installing the two large TV's and one new home-theater sound system. The job was not rushed and the obviously-experienced pair paid attention to every detail, so that upon completion there were no wires to be seen and the TV's looked and sounded great. When they left, there was no debris or materials left behind, so that except for the result of the work there were no signs that workers had been there! The price was quite reasonable given the quality of the service provided, and I can confidently recommend Smart Home Services for this type of service."
