Emergency services offered

"Roger was extremely quick to respond to my emergency needs and took the time to explain the best, fastest way to get the resultant overflow water out of the carpet and quickly dry the carpets & padding. He had the correct tools and machines for the job and used them like a Pro. Best of all he was a local family owned business which I appreciated being able to give my business to. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and worked with me in a very chaotic environment to get me out of deep water! Roger was reasonable in what he charged me, quick to respond to my needs, and didn’t try to over sell me on other services. Will definitely hire again and recommend him to family and friends for any of the services he handles. It was really great to be able to do business with a local specialist who actually appreciates it!"

Small jobs welcome

"Well, Oscar did a great job. The floor and grout which had not been clean for sometime came out absolutely beautiful. Oscars ability to communicate and show the finish results were outstanding. I highly recommend his service for the tile grout cleaning."

Carpet Cleaning questions, answered by experts

No, house cleaners or cleaning services do not need to be certified or licensed. Each state has its own requirements for licensing and certifications for companies, but most states don't require any special training to clean a home. Yes, some carpet stains can be permanent. Stains that have been sitting for a long time (weeks, months, or years) are much harder to remove because they have had time to dry and set. Other types that may be permanent include oil-based stains and dye stains. While some cleaners can help, they can also risk dyeing or permanently changing the carpet's color. If you have an old stain and are unsure of the cause, it's best to call a carpet cleaning professional. If DIY methods and professional cleaning fail, you may need to replace that section of carpet or learn to live with the stain.

Yes, it’s best to wash all linens, pet items, curtains, rugs, clothing, and cushion covers to remove any excess residue that could cause harm. The pesticides from flea bombs can often linger on surfaces or fabrics, which is why washing all items is best for the health of you and your loved ones.

Vacuum regularly, clean spills promptly, and schedule professional deep cleaning annually.

Vinegar and baking soda can be effective for removing old carpet stains, although success may depend on the type of stain. There are two common methods for this process.

One method involves combining the ingredients directly on the stain to create a chemical reaction. First, pour a generous layer of dry baking soda over the stain. In a spray bottle, mix distilled white vinegar with 1 cup of warm water and a few drops of liquid dish soap, then spray this solution thoroughly over the baking soda. The mixture will foam as the acidic vinegar reacts with the basic baking soda, which helps loosen and lift the stain. Let this sit for a few hours until it dries, then wipe or vacuum up the residue and blot the area with a clean, dry towel. You can repeat the process if the stain persists.

An alternative method suggests using the ingredients separately. Start by sprinkling baking soda on the stain and letting it sit for 15 to 30 minutes before vacuuming it up. Next, blot the remaining stain with a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water, and then blot the area dry with a clean cloth.
