He and Damian used a camera to show us the years of buildup causing the clog and discovered a damaged joint where tree roots had worked their way into the pipe. They wasted no time getting our drains back in working order. They also scheduled a follow-up visit to replace the damaged joint and the section of pipe affected by the roots. I appreciate their prompt response, excellent service, and professionalism, and I’m glad we found them!"

"The leak was not from a pipe as he was focused on. He did show me a pipe in the ceiling. (Not the problem). The leak was due to the excessive rain which elevated the water table supporting the foundation. He wanted immediate payment w credit card, which I gave him somewhat reluctantly. It was a big sum considering the short time spent and the fact that another workman figured out the problem. If I could do it all over again, I would have called DCR Restoration instead.
