Their finish work is outstanding – as good or better than new construction. They refurbished our vintage 1980 condo from top to bottom and made it look brand new, ready for us to move in. They sealed and painted ceilings, removed wallpaper, patched drywall, painted all walls, doors and casings, put in new baseboards, tore up tile and carpet, leveled the slab and installed vinyl planking and soundproofing. Along the way, at our request, they added a pocket door, painted the lanai, reset can lights in the kitchen and replaced wire shelves. They kept the site organized and left it neat and tidy.
