Their finish work is outstanding – as good or better than new construction. They refurbished our vintage 1980 condo from top to bottom and made it look brand new, ready for us to move in. They sealed and painted ceilings, removed wallpaper, patched drywall, painted all walls, doors and casings, put in new baseboards, tore up tile and carpet, leveled the slab and installed vinyl planking and soundproofing. Along the way, at our request, they added a pocket door, painted the lanai, reset can lights in the kitchen and replaced wire shelves. They kept the site organized and left it neat and tidy. Dealing with Lisa was a pleasure. She worked with our association to meet all its requirements. "Great experience! Their whole team was professional, courteous, showed up on time and worked hard all day. Did a really great job and took the extra time during every phase of the project to make everything perfect. We initially hired them to scrape the popcorn ceiling in our 1600 sq ft home and ended up having them install new flooring and base board molding throughout. They also ended taking down a wall, installing new vanities in both bathrooms and painting our living room with a vaulted ceiling. We were there every day painting the rest of the house and watched Mark, Lisa, Dan, Andrew, Steve and Zane work. They were all great.
