He applied a textured look the all of the ceilings throughout the condo including the walls of the bathrooms. He replaced all of the faceplates on the electrical outlets (originals were from 1976 and were discolored with age). He painted all of the doors, including the louvered doors making them look like new. A real professional and true craftsman. There were several severe cracks in the walls which needed repair"
