He was prompt, professional and listened to what I had to say. He explained the potential for finding structural damage behind the drywall and possible mold contamination, and said we would address as needed. His explanation of the process and materials was very thorough, and the price quoted was fair for the work needed. He emailed his estimate over a weekend and advised he had a schedule opening to get the job done quickly.
