"Best thing I can say is hire Lance, Frankie, and his crew! They are great!!! Lance worked with me from start to finish on timing and project details plus changes and additions to the job. Lance takes the time to go over everything and actually cares about the job and the work. All of the crew was very friendly. They didn't insist on coming at crazy hours and took great care for the surrounding areas at which they did work at. They first ripped out the garage ceiling and installed new ceiling. They patched and painted the whole garage and replace attic ladder and installed it correctly unlike the one that was up. He undertook installing a flex garage tile and took the time to cut everything properly even around stationary items in the garage. Next we had some trim work around skylights along with patch work up there along with some other drywall patching and reinforcement along with paint. Amazing job...everything looks great.
