D&D Aluminum is a great company. Carey Tarplay came to our  home to give an estimate. He suggested we visit his showroom, which we did. We were able to see all of the options to choose from, styles, colors, etc.  We wanted to replace our old sliding glass doors with French doors and Carey explained everything that needed to be done and helped us choose the proper layout for the side glass and French doors.  My husband and I had checked out a couple of competitors showrooms and I had fallen in love with a front door at one of them. D&D Aluminum didn't carry this line, but Carey said not to worry, he would be able to special order this door for us. This was above and beyond the service I expected.

The doors and windows were installed on time and perfect.  The Cooper City building inspector said it was a great job.

We are so happy with the workmanship that we now are using D&D Aluminum to add a screened in patio to the back of our house.

We had to wait a few months to get the work started, but that just tells you that they are popular and backlogged with work. Once the work started the crew and Frank himself worked diligently. At times there were delays, some weather based, a few not. But in the end the work was done well, with just a few minor hiccups. "I spent two and a half hours with him. When I asked him a question he said it was included in the presentation. When I didn't sign up with him at the end of the presentation he asked why was I going to even consider those plastic windows his competitor are selling. I said cause your 11 thousand dollars more. Which was almost double the price. He said that I had a expensive car in my garage...so I must know what quality is. He said they had an excellent rating. I looked it up and there are so many complaints about their service. They looked like a nice window but I saw no reason to pay twice as much."
