"Ressler's Tree service is a premiere tree service company. Our property had over 30 years of old growth, trees ,bushes old hedges all removed and cleaned up in a mater of days. He has the equipment and manpower to handle the job in a timely manor. We Are not landscapers and have no idea what to plant or how to create a center piece. Kennedy came up with some great ideas with palm trees and bushes. We now have a show piece with minimal maintenance. This was a project that we were going to do over time but we found it much cheaper to do it all at once. What a great transformation. "Very professional and did more than was asked of them for the price that was quoted. They followed up with a phone to tell us about some trees to keep an eye on in the future. Blessings Robbie Maintenance manager"

"The best tree service I have ever used. Even with their very busy schedule after Irma they came 2 days before our appointment . They not only did excellent and expert work at a very fair price but they took the time to be very helpful to and concerned about the homeowner. I am definitely going to hire them again."

Tree Service questions, answered by experts

Tree removal can be quite expensive, especially for larger projects, but you can use the following tips to help keep costs down:

  • Do the yard cleanup afterward yourself

  • Choose to leave the logs on your property and split them yourself

  • Opt to leave the stump in the ground and tackle stump grinding yourself

  • Pull permits for tree removal, if necessary, to avoid fines

  • Pay to have multiple trees removed at once

  • Remove tree in the late winter or early spring during off-season

Professionals ensure safety, prevent property damage, and handle debris efficiently.

In most ways, palm trees are incredibly low-maintenance. They don’t need a ton of water—which is why they’re so beloved in desert regions—and they basically prune themselves. But they do need an ample supply of sunlight and to be in soil that will allow for proper drainage so that their roots don’t become waterlogged and at risk of developing illnesses.

If the plant begins to wilt, develop spots, or change color, these could all be signs that your palm tree has a disease. But a few basic treatments, like pruning and applying fungicide, will usually be more than enough to return it to perfect health.

Generally, you’ll want to avoid pruning more than 25% of the tree’s canopy at one time. While pruning your tree is important, it’s possible to do it too often or to go too far. Again, this is why hiring a tree trimming pro to do the work is wise. However, if you do decide to DIY, going slow and trimming gradually is the name of the game.

The exact answer to this question depends on which region of the country you’re talking about, but according to various tree counts, some of the most common types of trees in the United States include red maple, Douglas fir, quaking aspen, loblolly pine, and sweetgum.
