I ran into dry rot and had to hire a different pro to deal with it. Anderson sealed it up until I was able to do that. There is no charge until installed.

I had them replace a sliding glass door. They took a deposit and I was quoted 10 weeks at most. It literally ended up taking a year. I will say the the door is very nice and the installers were very professional, but that's about the only good thing I can say. It took 5 months just to manufacture the door - the only communication they provided during this time was when I called, asking when my door would be installed. Then, after 5 months, they informed me that only the glass door was ready, but not the sliding screen door. Good news was that they could go ahead and schedule the glass door install...in another three months. So, after 8 months of waiting, I finally got a sliding glass door...with a 5 inch scratch on the glass in between the panes. So sorry, they said, we'll get a new piece of glass made and replace it. Should only take a couple of weeks. It took another four months. So, after a year, I finally got my door replaced. I would never recommend this company.

These windows exceeded our expectations! The quality is superior Dash everything the salesman said and more. The quality of the light in our home is different with the new windows, there is less glare but still beautiful bright light. It’s good to know that our home furnishings are protected with the new windows. It is actually quieter in our home now and we look forward to lower electric bills with a greater efficiency of these windows. We also appreciate the salesman‘s skill in making suggestions, particularly regarding picture windows which enhance our views and saved us money. Our installation crew was fantastic, real gentleman, polite, efficient, thorough, detail oriented, and cleaned up meticulously when they were finished. We feel we have made an excellent investment in our home!

Purchased windows and a door from Renewal by Andersen of Florida who received our final payment on April 22, 2022. One month out from final payment we continue to wait for them to finish the job. Communication is poor, as is follow through. Told to remain home for final inspection only to discover they didn't bother to schedule. Final inspection done on May 3, 2022. Finish work scheduled first time for 5/17/22. Told that won't work because I guess they forgot to schedule that. Rescheduled for 5/24/22 wait for employee, no show. Call office told they left me a voicemail, which they did not. He couldn't come today. Now they want to reschedule for 6/10/22. Totally unacceptable amount of time along with a total lack of customer service. Once they receive your money they have no desire to finish what they started. I would not use this company again.

Lennox and his crew were wonderful. Meticulous, professional, and always willing to answer questions, they did a beautiful job installing 12 windows, including 3 on an upper story. They arrived when they predicted, left as predicted, and everything was left clean behind them. I would happily work with Renewal By Anderson, and Lennox's team again in the future.

I spent two and a half hours with him. When I asked him a question he said it was included in the presentation. When I didn't sign up with him at the end of the presentation he asked why was I going to even consider those plastic windows his competitor are selling. I said cause your 11 thousand dollars more. Which was almost double the price. He said that I had a expensive car in my garage...so I must know what quality is. He said they had an excellent rating. I looked it up and there are so many complaints about their service. They looked like a nice window but I saw no reason to pay twice as much.

Although the schedule originally given us was off by about a month, once they got here, Kevin GK installers (Father and Son) were hard working and provided excellent workmanship.Upon completion they gave us an inspection of the windows and demonstrated how to operate and maintain them. We couldn't have been more impressed with their professionalism and attention to details!!! The windows look GREAT!!

Just to clear up some confusion, ALL of our doors that we provide do not need to be sprayed or checked for bugs, as they do not attract any sort of attention in that way, we have sold and installed thousands of Andersen doors across the nation and have not had any critter issues. We do have multiple alternative door options as well, that are not vinyl covered, that you can choose from that match your existing project. If you are in a hurry, the lead time can be extensive. Mine was 2 months for installation. The windows are custom made in the upper Midwest so it takes time, but, I was willing to wait and it was worth the wait for the quality of the windows. They didn't contact me to let me know they were coming to install the windows, requiring a reschedule! The installation crew Johnathan, Ron, and Wafer did an excellent job, were all U.S. CITIZENS, and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They were subcontracted. If I had windows done again, I would request this crew. The windows and the Fibrex frames seem to be of excellent quality. However, they don't have handles to grab onto making the windows difficult to open. Handles are available but must be requested!! They don't sell single hung windows. If your window is too small (25"), you can only get "crank out" casement windows. RBA's office seems to be disorganized, and getting follow through on things requires constantly contacting them. I was happy with everyone that worked for RBA that I came into contact with. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable American employees. (I was impressed enough that I contacted their sister company/roofing division (Universal Roofing and Construction) for a new roof estimate, but after the owner, Ken Mellick came for an initial estimate inspection they never followed though on contacting me with the actual estimate. Apparently the disorganization stretches to their sister company also.). I would recommend RBA and would hire them again, but you must maintain contact with them to keep yourself apprised as to the status of things.

They messed up the windows. I got 4 bottom windows. I don't know how they did this. But I got 4 windows that they had to replace. Somehow they got ordered wrong; I don't know how, but they did. They are real good. They are taking care of it. In fact, they are coming Tuesday, and they are going to take care of it and fix everything. To me, it shouldn't have happened in the first place. When the guy came in, I told him I wanted grids in the windows. Somehow the top windows got grids and for 3 of them the bottom windows have no grids. Then fourth one has grids, but the grids aren't right in the bottom of the window. They called me up right away, and were like what happened. Then they tried, of course, they tried to go "well you said you wanted something different." I am like I don't think so. So they go, "well ok." So they are standing behind it they are taking care of it. Whatever needs to be done, they are doing it. As long as they are doing that, I am happy. It is not one of those deals where they are going to come back months later or maybe they are not going to do it. They are standing behind it and they are doing it. The guy came in showed us the windows. I mean I liked everything until the grids weren't right. But, I mean their service has been good. They stand behind their product. They tell you ok this is what is going to happen.

Very smoothly. Our windows were installed by Greg and his crew. They were punctual and professional. They were adept at handling any quirks that arose - every renovation has some. I was particularly impressed that they cleaned up as they went along. When the job was complete, they checked and double-checked their work. Greg carefully explained how the windows opened and closed for cleaning, and told me where I could find online tutorials about the product. We definitely would have Greg and Andersen out again.

They did a wonderful job, from the first visit with the salesman, Bill Klinglesmith, who was very easy to work with and extremely helpful in finding exactly what we wanted, to the final installation by GK Renovations (Kevin & his son, John). There were no problems or issues and the windows are beautiful! We would definitely recommend Renewal By Andersen.

Greg and his team from GK Renovations are awesome! They worked their butts off last week installing our new Anderson windows. Gregg was informative, thorough and professional, as was his crew. Their attention to detail, and experience showed through right from the beginning as they explained what they were going to do. They all were very polite too. Even though he likes the Bucs/Seminoles and we are Pats/Gator nation here, he seemed pretty cool. Thanks for a job well done!

Install crew headed by Donnie Anderson was prompt, very professional and did a great job. They were completed in a day, cleaned up very well and very thorough during the entire process. The cost of the Andersen products is high so I gave a GOOD rating on price but the quality is extremely good and we notice a difference in the sound reduction from outside noise and comfort of the room already.

They were so expensive. They were excellent. I am thrilled with my doors. I have seen other products, compared other products, and the quality and engineering that goes into Anderson doors is amazing. They were just great. It looks beautiful.
They come out and measure it. They take out what's here now and slide in the new unit. It is all engineered. I can't express enough the thought and design that goes into these doors. They open and close with precision. The hinges are all adjustable so that they can raise or lower the angle of the door in the frame, so when the door closes, it just glides in and almost closes itself. There is no spaces anywhere. The door closes, and it seals the interior and exterior environments, because there is weather stripping built in. You have to look at the door to appreciate how the door closes and seals. It doesn't just close, it just seals the house. Also, when you do the locks, they are interlinked inside the door. Most doors when you lock it, have a deadbolt that locks across. On my doors, when you have to deadbolt, there is a lock on the top, on the bottom, and the center lock that are all interconnected, and glide very easily without hesitation, rubbing, or friction. They all just fall into place and your door is secured by three, heavy, locks. The glass they use is superior. They use Fibrex, and it lasts longer than any of the vinyl doors that are out there. They also use argon gas in between the double pained windows. I am just so impressed with the product. It was worth it to me and is also a good selling point to the house. I planning to do four more windows in the next year if I can afford it.

The salesman came out and provided an estimated. The technical service measurement person then came out to confirm the estimate and the installation details and indicated it looked good. I received a call from my salesman a couple of weeks later indicating they could not do the work as promised and instead needed to expand the project to the tune of adding 2,500 more to the cost. I then cancelled the project and requested a refund of my deposit which they have not provided.
