Cassidy Heating and Cooling

Had my system installed in August 2023 and have had nothing but problems. Didn't have AC all summer of 2024 and the techs couldn't figure out the problem, finally someone from another company did. Didn't have heat in the winter of 2024, was told that florida units couldn't handle that cold and to turn on the emergency heat... guess what, when the owner installed the system, they never hooked up the emergency heat. So we froze all weekend until the bozos came and fixed it the following Monday. June 2025, having problems again.. capacitator had to be replaced for the 3rd time, in less than 2 years. I asked about replacing the unit because I believe this one to be faulty. July, duct work that had been recently replaced came off of the unit itself, so I called to have it repaired and was told I was being fired as a client because there were too many complications with my unit. Today is 8/10/25, it's 3:55am and I woke up because it felt really hot in my house.. my thermostat is off from w

Joey the technician was outstanding. Prompt, courteous, and explained all the issues found during the service. Cooling coil had small leaks. Joey sealed the leaks, replaced Freon, replaced outside and inside capacitors. AC works great now.

The gentlemen that showed up was very nice and professional. He replaced the blower motor and before he left he made sure that it worked. I was very pleased on how fast they showed up and knew exactly what was wrong. There will be no hesitation the next time there is something wrong with my A/C I will be calling Cassidy Heating and Cooling.
