We called them since they have a 24 hour service but their hourly rate is about 150% more than regular so we decided to wait, and made an appointment for their next available regular day which was just two business days later. Dave is a one man show who does all the work himself for most jobs. His work is quality, he is always on time and he'll give you a strait evaluation of your situation without trying to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. Because of the large job he brought in the occasional helper(ever try to install a tub by yourself?)and they were just as professional. All work passed inspection with only one small issue requiring re-inspection.
