"It went extremely well! We live in a top floor apartment and the leak affected multiple units below us. We requested that this be repaired asap and this was done after normal business hours. Moses, the on call plumber, arrived promptly and attended to and fixed the problem. He was personable and professional and performed the repairs in an exemplary manner. I should also add that Moses gave us a "goodie bag" before he left consisting of some pens, a notepad and a calendar. Nice touch and much appreciated.
