He told me what the company would do and sent a contract to me which I signed. I was given a start date and it never changed. The work that was done by the team that arrived was what he said would happen. How incredibly refreshing that a company actually did what they say they would do in the timeframe that was set. "It went extremely well! We live in a top floor apartment and the leak affected multiple units below us. We requested that this be repaired asap and this was done after normal business hours. Moses, the on call plumber, arrived promptly and attended to and fixed the problem. He was personable and professional and performed the repairs in an exemplary manner. I should also add that Moses gave us a "goodie bag" before he left consisting of some pens, a notepad and a calendar. Nice touch and much appreciated. All in all, this was a wonderful experience and I would have no hesitation about using their services again."
