I sent him videos/pictures of my shower and just by looking at it he knew that we had to change the shower tower for a new one. The supervisor came in and installed it. The glue caused the shower to move a bit, and the owner came back and fixed it himself! I didn't get charged until I was 100% satisfied with my shower tower. They are awesome!!!
