I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND JOHN?S PLUMBING TO ANYONE. If there were an option of giving zero stars or even a negative rating, I happily would. THEY DID NOT KNOW THAT ELECTRICAL WATER HEATER INSTALLATION REQUIRED AN ELECTRICAL PERMIT. OR THEY KNEW BUT FAILED TO INFORM THE CUSTOMER TO SECURE QUICK SALES. WHO KNOWS. From my experience, and my opinion only. John?s Plumbing provides very misleading information about repair/installation projects to obtain sales, attempts to upsell, and poor customer service.

I had a great experience with John’s Plumbing. Khari was very professional and polite with answering my clueless questions. After normal hours, he quickly found the source of my leak which required the replacement of my kitchen faucet. He let me know that turning off the kitchen sink valves would prevent further leaking during the night while allowing the main water to my condo to be turned back on. The next day, he did a great job selecting and installing a new faucet very quickly. He showed up to replace the faucet within the scheduled time frame. The price was a little painful for me but I paid less five years ago which led to my current situation. I have a good feeling that this new faucet installation will last longer because it is a better faucet and it has a better range of motion.

Jacob was the best!! Very professional and honest. He solved what I thought was going to be a major problem that turned out to be a simple leaky valve free of charge. He didn’t try to up-sell or invent a problem just to make a profit. I even tried to slide him a couple dollars but he told me no and just to save their number for future problems which I ABSOLUTELY will!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Capped off the initial leak and caused a new leak on a neighboring pipe and did not take responsibility.

I called them to check on minor things on my property. They arrived late (without even a courtesy call). After they left, things that were working well were not, and when you talk to them they will give you a million excuses. They did one job and overcharged me, so do yourself a big favor, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY, unless you want to overpay for the job.

Overcharged me for a job that was poorly done. ($2,600) to run a rubber pipe from 1 corner to the next. Joined 4 times, 2 different color pipes. I had to get another plumber to come out and stop another leak after they left.

The Johns Plumbing technicians were punctual and helpful and were able to get the city to respond quickly.
