"I called and left a message and received a return call within 5 minutes. Was told Mike would be at our house within an hour which he was. He replaced the spring and mentioned our metal door rollers were starting to wear and would someday need to be replaced. We decided to have him replace them since he was already hear. Now our garage door is so much quieter. I highly recommend this company and Mike seemed very knowledgeable."
