It was not the timer device I thought went bad, and I replaced it myself. I sent Pointe info on what I did and what happened. Josh went into the inside back panel of the stand up freezer and found the device that went bad after 15 years. After the 6 hour cool down, the freezer is back in service. Thank you for your time, early arrival (wife was surprised), and conversation. "
