"Peter from Coast to Coast H&Air installed a new Carrier Heating and cooling unit in my home last spring. It has worked flawlessly and so far my electric bills have gone down because of it. Today was the first of two scheduled maintenance appointments (no charge) for them to come out and see how the new unit has been working. The technician (JOE), performed many different tests and spent a good hour cleaning the coils as well. He showed me different things about the unit that I was completely unaware which may help me in a pinch. Joe was not only very knowledgeable and efficient at what he was doing, he was very personable while doing his job which instilled my confidence in him. I have had a lot of other technicians from Coast to Coast over the past 13 years, although they were very satisfactory at servicing my original Heating and Air conditioning unit that came with the house when I built it in 2007, none of them compared with Joe."

"Sunshine services handle the job like professionals they are. They came to the house check out the old air and Heat conditioner gave me an estimate on a new unit went with their estimate they got it installed professionally and now we are back up and Cooling thank you sunshine. The only thing I regret is they did not work with my insurance company like I thought they were along & along, and I never got any paperwork showing what was wrong with the old unit so I have nothing to submit to my insurance company so not sure if I'm ever going to get anything out of that insurance plan."
