The job took two full days and they both worked late into the day to make sure the job was complete. Upon completion of the job, they texted pictures of their work to my phone so I could see what was done. They even went above the call, and took a picture of a small leak from my AC unit that I would not have known about! "We had water entering our home in our main bedroom and closet when it rained. Lux came in and had to dig another French drain and seal the outside of our home and create another place for the water to drain away from our home. They did a great job, but our situation was so bad, they had to come back out and add more to seal the home and also removed dirt and replaced it with sand to help drain the water from around the home. All the work they did when they came back was included in the warranty they gave us with the original quote. They also came back quickly after our call and have done an excellent job. "

They kept me posted how on how the repair was progressing, and took time to explain and demonstrate to me how their system was working on my house. Travis, Randall, and the rest of the crew are clearly good at their trade, and showed great care stabilizing the foundation without creating more problems. They also even began the job a day earlier than the salesman had hinted might be the start date, in this crazy time of supply and labor shortages. Exceeded my expectations! In the unlikely event I would need another house foundation repaired, I'd call them again."
