Josh is very quick to respond usually following up within the business day and has a friendly personality. He's also professional in terms of his invoicing and his pricing is very fair. We had new flooring put in Fall of 2022. Unfortunately the floor in my husband's office broke & we thought it was due to his heavy office chair. Thankfully Josh realized that it was the uneven quarter of the floor that caused the entire issue and strongly encouraged to have it done correctly. "Gainesville Carpets Plus is a very professional organization that stands behind their work. Carpet was installed upstairs and in stairwell and looks great. Vinyl flooring was installed downstairs. There were some issues originally with the installation of the flooring in the entryway due to having to cover areas where there was originally tile up against carpet. Leroy worked with us and stood totally behind the work ensuring that it be top notch and done the right way. It took a couple of return trips, and building up of the subfloor in the entryway, but the final installation was excellent. Thanks again to Leroy and Carpets Plus for a floor we are very proud of."
