"They did a great job in getting here 3 times, very quickly each time, upon my contacting them. I initially used their $39.00 annual tune up deal offered thru Angie's List. David was very nice and informative. He identified the 2 possible problems that could have caused the unit to not perform. He sat the unit up with a new digital display unit after eliminating the internal motor's mal-functioning. The unit ran OK for a few days before I noticed that the water was collecting in the salt container. They sent a tech here quickly to find out what was wrong. The tech reworked the pipes in order to find out what exactly wasn't working properly. On the third call, David knew exactly what the 2nd culprit was and fixed it quickly. It was a blockage in the piping inside the salt container caused by a copper piping that had been used by the installer of the unit at the new address. This copper piping should have never been used by the installer. The installer was someone my realtor had recommended who wasn't licensed and both the realtor and the installer had lied to me and now they are being pursued by law enforcement. The fact that Ecowater and David are able to get here and rectify the problems quickly has allowed me to fix the water filteration system quickly and be able to include their reports in my evidence against the unlicensed plumber who posed as a licensed plumber and caused my damage to various areas of the house I bought from the realtor. "The pool was drained for resurface but the original material was not suitable and James, the owner of Pure Pools, refused the material. However, the pool was drained and prepped. I paid for that portion and the pool remained empty for 1 week while new material was obtained. Originally I had been told that once the pool was completed, three (3) days, and filled we could swim in it but there is a "cure" period that takes a week, FYI. I asked Pure Pools for pictures of the pool and was told that they would be sent to me but it has been more than a week and I have not received them. More important, we were supposed to receive a letter to defray costs of filling the pool to give to the water department that should have been given when we paid the final check. We have been unable to get that letter to date. The delivery of the letter to defray Water Department cost was refused until final payment. The final payment has been paid, we really need the letter and are requesting that they deliver it ASAP. Update 5/26/15: James promised a more polished pool surface, as we requested. However the surface is still very rough and bumpy. The letter for the Water department has been provided. All said, the project was completed well and during their busy time."

"It wasn't cheap. We have a big pool cage. They did a nice job but the owner rushed his people to clean up and they didn't do a very good clean up job. I was picking up old screening and stuff for weeks. That would be my main complaint. I got about 3 estimates and I think their price is very fair. The quality of work, I think was A. I think they did a good quality of work. On professionalism, B only because of the lack of clean up after the job. I would say, they did a good job but next time the owner/boss had better supervise the clean up. Because the clean up was not good. They were okay. I didn't really have that much contact with them. I was very busy. I didn't have a lot of time to chitchat."

He installed a new heater, pump, changed it over to salt, installed a computer, and hooked up my roof solar as well. This guy knows what he's doing. He did all the electrical work needed to make all of this stuff run correctly. He worked tirelessly in completed it in one full day and it was a lot of work.
