The Best Ever

Everything looked great after completion.

They were unprofessional. Our roof leaked after it was installed and they did not have a repair person for 3 weeks, the electricity to our enclosure caused other items in the home to cut off when used. The electrician on the invoice said he did not do the work, but he fixed the problem. All of the parts for the enclosure were not available and my window above my door had to be closed in. I would not recommend them.

Honest, fair and fast. What more could you ask for.

I won a judgment for deceptive sales practices against this company in May. The owner (Jack) is aware of the judgment and as of today, August 6th he has chosen to ignore it. Jack told me twice that his attorney was handling it but will not give me any information about the attorney. Needless to say, the mystery attorney has not contacted me. Beware of this company and do your research before hiring.

On time and easy to work with. Quality windows at an affordable price. Would highly recommend and will use again.

If you are looking to hire a company who makes false promises on delivery date, took your deposit after the execution of the contract and never start on time, poor communication with the owners on the starting of the project, leaving a bunch of construction materials at your job site, so please hide your children, come up with a bunch of reasons why they did not show up to work, and still justify their company reputation, please hire Graham Construction. You will be a perfect parent for this company. Babysit them all the way through. Please take a look at the pictures to understand how materials including nails are left at the job site. Completely unsafe environment due to exposed nails pointing upward on boards all pointing upward!! . Not to mention undocumented, crew not showing up to work. You may definitely call me if you need more information. This is no lie. Buyers beware!!

Almost 3 months and the job is not finished yet. I had to call 3 times before they came to start the job. But, the workers they sent are great and professional.

They use 1099 contractors, not in-house employees. The guy that redid my enclosure had obvious issues.

Our experience could not have been better. Completely professional from start to finish. Jack and Russ presented what they could build for us, based on our rough drawings. They offered their professional advice, and quoted us a fair price to complete the work. The finished product is above our original visions and expectations. We could not be happier. The project was done in a reasonable amount of time, the workers were always professional and courteous, arrived on time, and cleaned up after themselves. Communication was always prompt and polite from everyone. We are not unfamiliar with construction projects, and are very satisfied with the quality of the materials, and the workmanship that went into the room. I would highly recommend Graham Aluminum and Home Improvement.

owner and employees were very professional. my personal situation was thoroughly explained and the best solutions were discussed by all of us together. that alone made me very comfortable in my decision to have GRAHAM ALLUMINUM do the work. job was done in a very timely manner and they even went above and beyond to even clean out one of my clogged problem gutters while on the roof. if you love a dedicated family owned and run business, GO WITH GRAHAM ALLUMINUM! P.S. WE LOVE OUR BEAUTIFUL NEW METAL ROOF.

From the moment I called I received quick replies. The estimate was done and supplies arrived the next day. The very next day the work was done. Very nice folks. They were polite and efficient and got the job done in just a few hours. I am delighted with the repairs and I love my new awning! I will recommend this company to everyone!

The workers were very polite. They were on time neat and cleaned up at the end of the day. Very knowledgeable. kept me informed of what was happening. I would definitely recommend this company. Jack delivered exactly what I wanted. My covered screened patio is awesome. Thank you!

The crew that was sent out from the estimate down to the work was outstanding. They were clean, efficient, and fast. They were very polite and made it so nice to have them there, they stayed right on track and did not cause any inconvenience what so ever. Great price and value. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

When we saw their add in the Home Mag we called and Kevin, the General Manager came out the very next day and gave us a reasonable quote! The next week Steven came out and tore down the old cage and replaced the new one! At first I thought it took too long, but when it was complete it made the entire house look new going from white to bronze! We had a few minor issues that they took care of and UNDERSTOOD our concerns even though we already had paid in full! Thank you we just love it!!

No pressure to contract with them. Work was completed in one work day. Worked efficiently, were courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. Only issue (and it was a small one)...had to wait 3 weeks for them to fix a flaw permitting office found. All is done now and I am totally satisfied with my new windows.
