After several calls from me to them checking the status they arrived after 10 weeks. Windows were installed within two days by guys who knew what they were doing. During the install one of them ran over a driveway light (which isn’t a big deal $15 on Amazon) but I was told they would replace it when they came to install the covers on the windows after the inspection was complete. The inspector came and the job was approved. Now this is where they lose stars... I have called talk with several people about the covers that were suppose to be installed after a month nothing has happened. Every person I’ve talk to, told me they would get back to me either the next day or the day after but nothing. I have told them I can do it but I need a little direction on how but still radio silence. You would think that after $17000 they could call me back but nope.
