Demolition and then reconstruction with a beautiful acrylic shower was seamless with the work crew Scott and Brandon. Frank is a perfectionist and he performed many tasks that I would have never thought of myself (sanding multiple times before painting, accounting for slope in concrete slab prior to making cuts, etc.)  Our project had an agreed upon price for all labor with material expense charged on receipts provided with no additional markup.  Frank purchased all materials so we did not have to make trips to lumberyards, etc.  He is a very cost conscious person and as such found ways to economize that did not effect the end product.  The work area was totally cleaned at the end of the work day.  At the end of our project we hired Frank to perform some misc. other handyman tasks (garage lights installed, wiring for lighting and receptacles in garage attic, bathroom light/fan installation, closet lighting).  Frank's professionalism, trade knowledge and honesty were evident throughout our interactions with him.  We will use Frank again on other project ideas we have for the future.  We have already referred Frank to friends and neighbors.

"I tried to get some sockets installed. They came out and looked at the project. I told them I had to have the quote broken down into two jobs. It arrived as one job. I reminded them that I needed it broken down. I never heard from them again. This was last year. When they looked at the job, they were not able to figure out where some power lines entered the house. They said they would have to dig a trench and install new lines because they could not locate the old ones. Later on, I learned that you can dial 811, and people will come out to locate underground lines for nothing. I don't understand why an electrician would not know this. Installing new underground lines is very expensive. The guy who gave me the quote was very nice, and I hate to leave a bad review, but the purpose of Angie's List is to let potential customers know about experiences with providers, not to help tradesmen get more business. I am contacting other companies about the job."
