"After the recent purchase of our new home, there was no shortage of repairs and improvements that needed to be done. The first project was to have carpet removed from our lanai and have ceramic tile installed. Our search for for the best tile installer began and ended with George. He had a great reputation and excellent reviews, so we knew he was our guy. He gave us an estimate in advance, showed up every day on time, worked diligently throughout the day, and cleaned up at the end of the day. The project was completed on time, and because we made change in the size of our tile after his initial estimate, he actually charged us less at the end thank his original quote--the mark of an honest man! Our lanai looks beautiful thanks to George's master craftsmanship. But beyond our impressions of his work, virtually every other person who has come to our house (for plumbing, electrical, roof, etc.) has commented on how nice the tile looks, and several asked for George's contact info because they want to use him on their own homes. "BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! From the first phone call to the day I paid the balance in full this was one of the most pleasant companies I have ever dealt with! Dan came out to provide a quote. While he was taking measurements he provided me with a sample book of shingles to look at and help get an idea of what we might like. Once he completed the measure he sat down with us to explain the process, options, pros and cons of different products, etc. I received the quote to following day and it was amazing! It also included possible add-ons like gutters, gutter guards, etc. After reviewing the quote I e-mailed back the contract binder (this was on Tuesday). A few minutes later I received a call from Shirley in the office to explain the next step. She was knowledgeable about the process and VERY friendly! The following day I received an e-mail that Steve, the owner, would like to begin the construction the following day (way faster than anticipated!). They sent a rep to our house to pick-up and notarize the consent to proceed form in order to pull the permit. We had a permit that afternoon. On Thursday morning the crew arrived at 7:30 and begin work immediately. It took approximately 2 days to complete the roof on our 1100 sq.ft. home. On Monday, the gutters were installed. Steve personally stopped by Wednesday afternoon to check the work and collect the payment. He was very friendly and down to earth. I couldn't praise his company enough!"

Frank is a perfectionist and he performed many tasks that I would have never thought of myself (sanding multiple times before painting, accounting for slope in concrete slab prior to making cuts, etc.)  Our project had an agreed upon price for all labor with material expense charged on receipts provided with no additional markup.  Frank purchased all materials so we did not have to make trips to lumberyards, etc.  He is a very cost conscious person and as such found ways to economize that did not effect the end product.  The work area was totally cleaned at the end of the work day.  At the end of our project we hired Frank to perform some misc. other handyman tasks (garage lights installed, wiring for lighting and receptacles in garage attic, bathroom light/fan installation, closet lighting).  Frank's professionalism, trade knowledge and honesty were evident throughout our interactions with him.  We will use Frank again on other project ideas we have for the future.  We have already referred Frank to friends and neighbors.
