He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door. The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out. "A first class job in every way!  He worked on a time and materials basis.  And I must say - worked very hard!  There was lots of crawling through the attic crawl space to add the new lights, wires fished through walls, etc.  It was hot, dirty work but done in a most professional manner!  I appreciate the fact that we had someone who is licensed and experienced to do this type of work to run lines and add the new lights inside and outside the house.  We had no time "issues" since we were adding new lights where they did not exist.  So we were happy to let him work on his own schedule.  The bottom line is that the work was done in a professional manner and we feel that it was done safely and to high standards. We would be happy to recommend them and hire them again!
