He was way more thorough than the previous company I had come out, he tested inside & outside water. Then explained what the problem was -- I needed to have been adding potassium permanganate to my system. He was able to get a sales consultant out the same day to review my options with me if I was to get a new tank to avoid having to add this pretty pricy chemical every couple days to remove the odor. Still waiting to hear back on that but I have a good feeling this company knows what they're doing-- as opposed to their competitor."

"They only charged me for one visit ($75) plus the cost to dispose of old hot water heater, etc.  The toilet wasn't fixed correctly the first visit, so  when the same guy came out to bring the new hot water heater out (had to be ordered) he fixed it at no additional service visit. The hot water heater is amazing!  We have 3 people living here and it is great.  It even has a tub around the bottom in case it leaks in the future.  I am very pleased with these people and highly recommend them!
