He was way more thorough than the previous company I had come out, he tested inside & outside water. Then explained what the problem was -- I needed to have been adding potassium permanganate to my system. He was able to get a sales consultant out the same day to review my options with me if I was to get a new tank to avoid having to add this pretty pricy chemical every couple days to remove the odor.
