"It took forever to get the permit approved. The inspector had to come back multiple times. About 4 months total. Now after 7 months, the A/C is not working. Junior, who was great, came out a day later than scheduled, and said it was a warranty part. I could not get anyone from there to let me know how long it will take. Finally, after multiple calls today, they told me the part would get there in 7-10 days hopefully and then they would message me. Seriously? My husband is on dialysis and needs a good house temperature."

"Ill-informed, but nice. I signed a contract and waited for the ?final measurement ? person to take the ?official ? dimensions of my small window replacement job. I was only then informed that my window HAD to have aluminum frame since they can?t make vinyl in a size less than 10? (I guess they don?t have saws there). I was told it HAD to be impact glass which, to be frank, I was told it WAS during the initial visit (this being Florida with hurricanes and such). They were then unsure that they could honor the price and that I would have to sign a new contract showing the changes to aluminum frame and impact glass. I waited for a confirmation email which showed the changes and, indeed, they WOULD honor the original price. Everyone was pleased and I signed. One day later (today- 7-1-25) I received a call from yet another representative saying that, due to the aluminum frame and impact glass, there would be a $100 upcharge or they weren?t coming or honoring the contract.
