He was very responsive, and very patient and helpful when I had trouble deciding! All my questions were answered promptly. Everyone showed up when they said they would. "We called to tell them they might not want to come but they offered to come anyway. We had another door company come earlier and they couldn’t fix our doors. Junior came and was able to remove the doors (the other guy couldn’t get them off) and replace the rollers at a substantially lower price than the first company. They replaced our kitchen cabinets and counters, replaced all our interior doors and trim, did work on our lanai, and painted. We are seasonal and Jacob and his team did the work while we were away.
