We hired Tactical Construction Services LLC to replace our 26-year-old wind-damaged roof. The owner, Pablo, came out to the house to meet with us. His appearance, demeanor, expert knowledge, understanding of what was needed, and his overall presentation of what Tactical will do and how they will do it represented nothing short of pure professionalism. As his brochure states, "Quality, Integrity, Safety, Customer Service, Professionalism, Responsibility", he and his crew that installed the new roof epitomized each of those attributes. The job was completed in one day and the work zone picked up and left neat. After the job was completed, the follow up and inspection by Pablo and his brother Juan was quick, courteous and professional. We highly recommend Tactical Construction Services LLC.

Pablo not only gave a great estimate/price he worked with me and my insurance company to cover all the needed expenses. Having someone to guide me through the process was a huge timesaver not to mention reduced my out of pocket expenses. New roof, new siding, doors and exterior fixtures on a rather large house were completed in a week. I can't say enough good things about this company.

It's hard to know who to trust to do the proper job. After meeting with Pablo, I was confident I found the right company to replace my roofing. Pablo was professional, thorough and reassuring. His guys were prompt and professional. The roof was replaced quickly and everything was cleaned up completely. I'm looking to install windows and would certainly use Tactical Construction to do the job.

On time, on budget

Tactical inspected, evaluated, and recommended work to be done on an outdoor deck of ours, as well as install a wooden handrail on a staircase at our home. Our deck required replacement boards in places, as well as sanding and staining. We agreed on a price, the work was done on time, and the work completed is both solid and good-looking. The workers were experienced, polite, and hard-working. My husband and I are happy with Tactical's results.

Absolutely phenomenal work! He turned my 30yr old deck into a master piece in a pretty amazing time frame. Removing it all and creating a new fantastic modern design, my wife and I are so pleased with it. His men are clean, polite and extremely hardworking. To make the entire work experience even better was the price point, he was extremely reasonable and fair for quality of work given.

We had a very positive experience with them, from the quote appointment to the installation which was done on the day they said it would be done. They did a great job overall and did a good job cleaning up. They took off 2 layers of shingles and put up a new roof.

I requested an estimate for a roof replacementand was surprised when the Owner showed up instead of a salesperson. He was well-spoken and professional and assured me he would guide me through every step of the project. He brought a full crew that worked very hard and efficiently and completed the job as promised. The cleanup was superb as they came out twice to inspect and make sure no debris was left on my property. They actually did more than I was promised and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Nice people, hard workers and true to their word. I call that a real professional company. I would recommend their service to anyone without fear of being embarrassed. My roof looks great. Saved my money and gave me extras. What More could you want?

Never showed up for estimate. He said he had the wrong times written down and he was 45 mins away. Sounds like he wasn't interested in the job

He called me yesterday and could squeeze me in early this morning. He did show up and repaired the siding. He really helped me out and did a good job and his price was very reasonable.

Reliable, personal attention to details, even though it was a small vinyl siding repair they were prompt and through. Would not hesitate to hire again.
