Our home was built in 1979 and we were constantly replacing the wood panels due to cracking and rotting wood. Brian with Creative Remodeling came to our house and detailed exactly what they would do and answered any questions we had. Don was our installer and he was great, showed up every day and was a true craftsman. When everything was completed the inspector came and signed off with no problems found. We live in Port Orange, FL and the city is known to have tough inspections. We would hire Brian and his team again in a heartbeat and have already referred his company to people who have commented that our house looks so nice. "Itâ s a little soon to be sure of all these answers. But hereâ s what I do know at this point. They were not what I would consider cheap, but I got 3 estimates and they were right in the middle. All the sample windows were oddly similar and based on that I might have gone with the cheapest one except that the salesman was very pushy. Morganâ s put 10 windows in on one day. They were very skillful, respectful of my property. They clleaned up very well. They sent a guy out the next day to put casings on the inside of the windows. Unfortunately 2 days later I discovered that 3 of the windows were fogging up over night. I called them and they are sending a technician out to look at them. So far they have a very high recommendation from me but letâ s see how they handle this â problem â ."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
