New Plywood and house "wrap" were installed covering the entire project before new siding was added. It is not a stretch to call these guys Craftsmen. The result is an excellent installation, makes the house look new. Total of 5 days to complete project. No complaints."

""They can do it one day" and it took three. Some minute details were a little sloppy (crooked trim, messy caulking) and I was told they couldn't be fixed. One major problem was fixed - our house leans, which I told the Project Manager, and the workers noticed it, but they used a level to put up the siding, which is correct protocol, but it ended up looking crooked because of the leaning house. They were very skillful, respectful of my property. They clleaned up very well. They sent a guy out the next day to put casings on the inside of the windows. Unfortunately 2 days later I discovered that 3 of the windows were fogging up over night. I called them and they are sending a technician out to look at them. So far they have a very high recommendation from me but letâ s see how they handle this â problem â ."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up.
