The Salesman Rene (Ron) was excellent and easy to come to an agreement with. Our insurance was lapsing due to the poor condition of our wood panel siding. We decided to take the huge financial burden and replace with vinyl thinking of the future. I was promised it would be done before the insurance lapsed which was 25 days from the contract signing. The insurance company THEN extended another 25 days. This goal was not met. I understood that the insurance company were dropping hundreds of customers at one time thus putting the burden on the contractors. This is just a review to let others know that 2 months minimum is the installation time regardless of what is promised. Dave Crane the owner is an excellent person and even contacted my insurance representative to try and clear things up. I will update with installation review in about 45 days.

Extremely happy with the outcome. We were looking to have coquina painted, wood replaced and soffits. We new it was something that would just have to keep do it over and over throughout the years. After meeting with Jim, he gave us a solution with less upkeep since this is our forever home. They sealed and covered the entire house with vinyl siding, soffits, fascia and new gutters. There were a couple hiccups but Dave, the owner, and Jim made sure they were addressed and fixed. The entire crew was professional. The process from initial quote to final product was fantastic. Highly recommend

The estimate process was bad. He did not seem very interested and didn't take any measurements. He wrote an amount on a business card.

One of many changes we were considering for our home was to put up siding. The Better Business Bureau gave All Florida Exteriors, Inc. (AFE) an A+ rating, so on April 2, 2017 my wife called them. We were only interested in AFE’s “free estimate,” but it’s obvious now that the salesperson never intended to leave without a sale. The very personable owner came an hour before dinnertime, and after an intense four hour sales pitch we had signed an expensive contract for siding, shutters, soffit and gutters. After receiving a down payment, he assured us the rest wouldn't be due “until you’re happy,” and added: “You’ll have a new house by the end of April.” [NOTE: Part of the owner’s sales pitch was an option for an almost 25% reduction (!) in price ($26,000 - $6,000 reduction = $20,000 final cost) if we agreed to allow AFE to use our house for one month in advertisements. We never received any indication that was done, making us wonder if this was a fraudulent sales incentive.] Because we had been rushed through a sales process, we had to scramble to make preparations for the project—removing an old screen porch, refitting hose bibs, choosing outside light fixtures, etc. We realized that it would be better to wait to have the siding installed, so we asked to be let out of the contract, but the owner refused saying “custom materials” had been ordered. We knew we ordered a “premium” product, but the word “custom” was never mentioned or we would have questioned it. The siding installer arrived a week past the date we were told to expect him, and the main work of putting up the siding was finished by April 27. Even though the gutters we had also contracted for were not installed, and the installer had touchups to complete, the same day the owner called wanting the rest of his money. Due to the incomplete work and having not had a final inspection, I told him I couldn’t agree. Since I was late for an appointment, I asked him to call back to further discuss the matter. He never did. A few days later, the gutter subcontractors arrived. They finished in two days. On May 9, we inspected the project with the installer and found that fixes were needed: the shutters that had been sent were too small, the entrance light was improperly placed, the doorbell still was not installed and a security light that the installer moved no longer worked. (It should be noted that the owner had assured us that the installer could take care of minor electrical work such as repositioning security lights.) After receiving an email guaranteeing that these things would be done, I gave the installer a check for the balance, minus a token amount pending completion of the fixes. On June 5, the owner let us know that the materials for the fixes had arrived, except for the shutters—which he’d try to get on a truck “in a day or two. I’ll keep you in the loop.” We heard nothing more, until the installer arrived unannounced on June 28. All the materials still had not arrived, but since he had another job in the area the owner told him to stop by. He put up four of the six shutters and promised to return when the rest of the materials arrived. They were delivered July 5. The installer came back July 11-12. Everything was fixed but the entrance light, which still was not installed to our satisfaction, and the non-working security light which the installer admitted he did not know what he had done wrong. Promising to return in two weeks, I gave him a check for the held-back amount. In the meantime, our septic pump burned up after being improperly reconnected during the siding installation. While this was unintentional, we rightfully expected AFE’s insurance to cover this expense. I emailed the invoice documenting the cause of the pump failure to the AFE owner. That was on August 8. Three weeks passed without any response from the owner, so I called the AFE office. The office manager told me the owner doesn’t always read his email, but she promised to “resend it to him.” As of October 6, we have received no manner of response from the AFE owner regarding the burned up pump, and the installer has not returned to properly install the entrance light and we have a security light that is no longer operational.

My 4,000 sq. ft. house was consructed in1979 mainly of T1/11 cedar boards, which suffered the usual deterioration of this
type of wood at ground level. So after consulting with All Florida Exteriors I hired them to replace 30 windows and to completely cover all exterior wood with vinyl clading.
The whole job took approximately six weeks to complete,. during which time the crews working on the various aspects of the
job were very professional and willing to answer any questions I asked them. During the vinyl installation numerous areas of
damaged wood was removed and replaced including multiple wall studs at no extra cost above the original job estimate..
I would highly recommend this company for their workmanship and the professionalism of their employees. Outstanding job was done by Paul Hoffman who was the lead man on the job. He arrived first in the morning and was last one to leave at the end of long days. He was always available for questions during the job.

This company knocked on my door on 7/29/14 offering their window and siding services. Lucky for them, I was actually contacting companies to get estimates on windows for my entire house. I scheduled an appointment for 7/30/14 between 1:00 and 1:30 pm. At 1:45 pm I got a call saying he was running late and he would be here at 2:00 - 2:30 pm. So I waited..... It is now 3:30 pm and I have not had any call or contact. At this point, even if he shows up, I will not be using this company. My time is worth something too!

The company supplied and installed wind rated windows for the whole house, repaired exterior stucco, and painted the whole outside. Our friends nearly didn't use them due to Angie's List negative comments - but we noted those users did not actually use the company. We researched recent jobs and were satisfied with their work and history. Their price was good, they started and completed on time, and their workmanship was good.

They are horrible. High pressure company. The sales men was very rude to me because I would not sign a contract. I have had really bad experience. I was very upset with the sales men. The only thing that was positive was the price.

They called within 5 min of estimate request online. Came and gave estimate within 2 days. Took $1000 down payment. Gave start dates 4 times, declaring each time it was definite. After 3 weeks, still no one arrived to do work. Called owner of company 3 times, he promised each time a definite start date. Long stories of why they hadn't started yet. Finally called and requested my money back. Refunded within 2 days. Don't use them unless you're prepared to wait!!!

I called a couple of companies that did not respond. This was a second quote that I got. Dave the owner came out himself right away. He came ready to make the sale and worked within my budget. His professionalism sold me and I contracted right then. They showed up when he said they would, worked quickly to get the job done and cleaned up the jobsit.
